RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGES ONLY
Rare Collection operates an exchange-only policy for change-of-mind requests. We do not offer voluntary refunds or returns unless required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
UK EXCHANGES
UK customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, marks or signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item to us.
Once your item has been received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
International customers may also request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the same eligibility requirements.
International customers are responsible for:
- The cost of returning the original item to Rare Collection; and
- An additional international shipping charge for the replacement item to be dispatched.
The applicable shipping charge will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges associated with an international exchange remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods will be handled in accordance with your applicable statutory consumer rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
STATUTORY CANCELLATION & REFUND RIGHTS
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel an online purchase, return an item or receive a refund, Rare Collection will honour those rights. This includes applicable UK statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.
This policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
